My name is Edvis. I am a father of two small people and a founder of Spiral H&F Coaching. I love spending time with my kids, cycling, listening to music, being outdoors, reading books, practising meditation and hoping on the rock on the beach above all.


For years I used to struggle with poor digestive health, addictions to unhealthy lifestyle and poor image of myself. I have gradually went through transformation and exercise was a catalyst to this awakening. If I can change so can you and my only wish is to inspire others.

When my daughter was born back in 2010 I couldn’t even run up a flight of stairs without getting completely out of breath.
I was fairly active and I used to go the gym, but I really didn’t have a clue what I was doing so I was still overweight, unhealthy and frustrated.

Nearly eight years ago I decided to change. It was an exhilarating journey with ups and downs (still is), but I made a lifestyle change for the better and never looked back.
Since then I have spent years studying human physiology, behaviour and response to transformation. Mediation has gradually become a big part of my life in recent years. With it came clarity of inner world and analysis of self, which often involved dealing with some dark thoughts and emotions.

My learning journey took me all the way from elite fitness programs and cardiac rehabilitation training to learning neuroscience based coaching, stress management techniques and spiritual science etc. Now my mission is to help, inspire and guide others through the path of transformation.

I wish to help my community to step over the fear of exercise and step into better and clearer mindset. I want to help you change, to live healthier and happier life.

Hi my name is Dan. I manage Spiral Health and Fitness Gym since 2016. Facilities have gradually became my second home and our community of Spiralfitters became my second family. 

Ever since my early teenager days I've had a hard time loving my body. I would always choose to be in the background because I struggled with my confidence and I felt uncomfortable with myself.

Because of that I turned to sports (Rugby to be more spesific) to help me feel accepted, feel more "manly" and to ultimately help me lose weight. Few years went by, I lost weight, I was eating better, started to gain confidence and played a heck of a lot of rugby.

It changed my body, it changed my mindset but most importantly it changed me. It pulled my interest towards health & fitness, towards understanding how my body actually works and how nutrition impacts that. Since then I've always believed that a healthy lifestyle will always bring out a better you and I'm geared up to help change as many lives as I can.

We know we have what it takes to help you make the change and to get results you are looking for.

Our vision is to create a space where people of all shapes and sizes, beliefs, colours and fitness levels could start transforming their lives via physical activity. Space that is safe (non-judgemental), supporting (caring and knowledgeable) and affordable.

When I started I had a really sore knee and at times wondered what I was doing, but with their encouragement and help, they had strengthened my knee and leg to the extent that I very rarely have any problems now. So much so that I have signed up for the 15km Rough Runner in August, which I would never have done before. The gym feels like a family!
